Randy Paterson, PhD, is a registered psychologist and author of Your Depression Map and The Assertiveness Workbook, as well as a series of guides and resources for mental health professionals and the public. He is the Director of Changeways Clinic, an evidence-based psychological service unit in Vancouver. Changeways Clinic provides on-site outpatient treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, and related difficulties on a fee-for-service basis. Changeways Clinic also provides training and education on evidence-based mental health to practitioners and the general public. Programs based on Changeways Clinic materials have been implemented across Canada, as well as in England, Australia, and Hong Kong.
